1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using BINGO (codebingo.dev) and any related services provided by Sanera Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BINGO is a shell-based framework that wraps the Claude Code CLI to run autonomous, multi-step software development pipelines. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in an early-access / waitlist phase.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using BINGO, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any code generated by BINGO before deploying it to production environments.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BINGO framework, website, branding, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Sanera Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Code generated by BINGO using your specifications belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the output produced by the framework when run against your codebases.

6. API USAGE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

BINGO integrates with third-party services, including the Claude API by Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through third-party API usage.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

BINGO is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities. You use the service at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanera Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
